Program Kickoff Webinar

A live webinar will kick off Career Re-LAUNCH to introduce the program’s faculty director, scheduled faculty speakers and fellow participants. The faculty director will provide an overview of the program experience and set expectations for engagement. This will lay the foundation for personal development planning activities leading up to the on-campus programming.

Birkman Method Assessment with Career Exploration

The Birkman Career Exploration is designed to give program participants a deeper understanding of themselves and the career options that fit best. The Birkman report can help confirm career choices, show alternative career choices and build personal awareness of strengths, motivators and working environments that will help with career success.

Individual Birkman Coaching Session
Virtual

Program participants will connect with their coach prior to on-campus meetings. This session will provide a review of the Birkman Assessment and how the results impact career planning.

Career Leader Assessment
Virtual

Career Leader provides actionable information used to identify career paths and work cultures that are best suited for you by uncovering your deeply embedded life interests, skills and motivations. When your career allows you to express these you will find your work more engaging and interesting. Resulting in your increased productivity and success on the job.
